Our Firm was founded in July, 1982, as a full service public accounting firm. The Firm's primary focus is on entrepreneurial owned business' and the related tax and business problems facing the owners. The Firm's client base is comprised of companies in the construction, distribution, automotive, hospitality, medical, publishing, insurance, retail and heavy shipping industries. The diversity of our client base provides our personnel with a myriad of business experience in addressing issues and creating opportunities for all of our clients. The client base is also geographically diverse. With the majority of our clients located in and around Houston, we also possess clients in Louisiana, Oklahoma, New Mexico, California, and Colorado, to name a few. We have individual clients in virtually every state in the Continental United States. Our recent client development program has produced several clients that are located outside of the United States. We work diligently to treat each client as if they are the only client, regardless of size.
